One day I and my friend had a random talks which turns into
a healthy conversation on Evaluation and Judgement…
Me : Hey dude , seeing you after so long.. were you alive on
this planet? ;)
He: Shut up J!! I was stuck up with some important decisions
of my life.
Say , you let
me know how do you judge me?
Me : Judging & you .. lol doesn’t require much attention
actually.. ;)
He : C’mon yar J , I m serious!
Me: Okay..See I don’t judge people externally.
Let me
elaborate this.

How we became friends?

By initiating conversations , exchanging ideas
about surroundings, etc etc, etc..

So here I came to know about your thinking, your
attitude, your perception, your reactions and responses towards situations.
Right?
He: Right! Move on…
Me: Here you have depicted yourself and that’s how I came to
know about you.
Would you say this an evaluation about you
by me?
He: Well , so here you mean the way I explored myself, you
have set the impression of mine in your mind , right?
Me : Yess.. I never judge people from their reactions coz
reactions are situational which is temporary.
Usually your
responses helps in evaluation.
He : Aah! Got your point.
So let me know
one thing what if people holds your reactions despite knowing its just situational
and its actually not you are…
Me: See, such type of people you will come across every now
and then in your life, wherein they grabbed a chance and strives to prove you a
weak person no matter how much stronger you are…
He: Weaker – Stronger.. Didn’t get you..
Me: Let me take an instance..

You have got a very good boss in your company ,
he makes you comfortable and you feel he is approachable.
Ø
You are really the strongest employee in all
staff that your boss has; in a way that you tackle the people , work and
situations so well that nobody has any complaints or grudges against you till
date.

Say 1 day some situation happens and you had an
internal quarrel with your verticals and you reacted in a manner wherein your
boss is actually not aware about the scenario , but things are presented in
such a way that your boss says- is it really? How could be weak in just a small
matter!??

Here u might hurt a lot more than your fight
with your verticals as now your boss evaluated you as W-E-A-K (uptill now you
were the strongest one as mentioned earlier)
He: Exactly! &
then in the whole office you will be treated as one of the weakest employee and
its actually aghast for me!! L
Me: Then what will you do next?
He: I would prefer that such drama has spoiled my
professional life wherein your peers and obviously your boss had got a wrong
image about me due to temporary situation..

I would start introspecting myself and my deeds
too as if am I really weak then how cum I had handled tougher circumstances
than this?
Ø
Things get ruined up and I guess I quit…
Me: Quit!!?? Is this your right step?
He: yes , coz I cant take burden of being a W-E-A- K forever
as I m not…
Me: Quitting is never a solution dear.
Ø
Remember 1 thing, people are like fingers ,
nobody would be same.
Ø
Instead take a chance and move ahead and by the
time you learnt a good lesson about avoiding backstabbers and dealing with all
fingers…

Never get your mind swayed away from stufied people and
polluted sorrundings.. Just be You…
