CELEBRATIONS

Festive season is on hike right now & each one of us is in a celebration mood… Sounds thrilling when we are eagerly waiting for holidays to accumulate and spare time with our closed ones.

Yet our celebrations is not just limited to festivals or occasions, despite to the smallest of pleasure say admissions in desired colleges/ universities, exam results, first salary and likewise in ample number of things it adds ecstasy. Celebrations became the part of life that congregates each one with kitch-n-kins…  We are at all times geared up for any sort of treat, party or hangouts to get our mind chilled and rejuvenated which in turn adds oomph to routines..!!

These days in the hectic schedule of life, we attend any event with some purpose. Rather it’s difficult to spare a resourceful time devoid of any motive. How our life would have been escorted without celebrations…?!!!

It is rightly said by Robin,

“Troubles are the part of life,

If you worry,

You will double your trouble,

So don’t worries be delightful.”

Its not about shunning the grief from life, but sometimes the circumstances is not in our hand, henceforth we have to leave that on Almighty. Instead of taking pains, its better to believe in “Karma” and to exult each moment by linking buddies which offer smile and make us alive…

BACHPAN

Aah…!!!  I want that time back….

That hustle-n-bustle of children in the compound, a chaotic situation on stupid matters, a fight among all for the game to play with the difference of opinions, to get upset when friends do not agree & that tricks being played to make the converse get consensus….

Getting together to play say slingshot (believing each one a sharp shooter) to hit the target, if missed then demand 1 more chance laying terrifying reasons, then changed the game to hide n seek, a Daner closing eyes (half open) starts counting to let others hide and moves to and fro, bent down, 360 degree observation and runs hard to save his turn for a subsequent time. Toggling to collect the marbles & arrange it in a way to knock a definite marble wherein the thrill to win different marbles was ceaseless… And the most favorite Gully Cricket always starts with a wrestle to become the opening batsman & avoid fielding; moreover breaking the glasses of neighborhoods, hiding unanimously portraying the immense unity. Ohh then tired all sat to flip the game to snake & ladder, carom, mimicry + lots of gossips of schools, teachers, mates and what not & stay happy all the day, so on….

Complaining to mom and aunties about the friends and make a firm decision not to talk to them ever; yet the next day on the door of a buddy calling, “Oy just come out freaky, and I am assembling others..” just getting out of the home by a dub any time without any worries & that too by completing the studies (homework) before time (works as a great motivator)… A wound gets healed soon in the temptation to play & not to miss our chance either as daner or chaser. Even not to get in the house for food & wish the mind to float in the air…

As we grew up, all these craze get a big smile on our face when we see the childhood phase around us because we all say to our heart someday or the other,

“Dil To Bacha Hai Ji…”  Hey I am going to hide, catch you later, stay crazy…..!!     

INTRINSIC WORTH

Once, I was introspecting my deeds…. In our routine life we are so hectic with our schedules that right from arousing till asleep our programs are fixed; or sometimes we are forming a sudden plan either to roam around, meet kitch-n-kins, party, movie, games, fun etc… al these are so engrossed in our life that we overlook seeing the real world around us.

Trouble in everyone’s life revolves constantly and it ends with our breadth. We should not forget that we are not the only creatures on earth facing obstacles; others too like us strive hard to come out and ask for assistance which may sometimes unrevealed or revealed that is being ignored by us intentionally or unintentionally.

To shoot our own trouble at least 1 person is besides us acting as our potency but what about those who are solely helpless in any given circumstances??? If we as an individual but in communally lend our hand for help, it brings many colors to one’s life. For this, we ought to step further from our periphery and perceive the situation by keeping our leg in other’s shoe.

The society around us has diverse inhabitants and living standards. Various people are craving to get atleast food twice a day although living blissful life. Whereas we with the God’s grace are able to please our requirements and still mulling for our unexpired ends and means. Just compare…. and gratify God for everything so as to give strength to be benevolent to others. The compassionate habit is essential to be inculcated as it is the rule of nature to “give and take” leaves ecstasy adding intrinsic worth to our own life.

Here, I would like to quote the dialogue of Jai Ho to help 3 people and see the revolutionary change created by this permutation and combination which then turns to be contagious.

It is not incorrect to say:

“What you resist, you persist,

But what you befriend, you will transcend.”

Try to be an ALTRUIST..!!
